Weekend and t-shirt weather, woohoo! It calls for a lovely lunch out in the sunshine. To use up some of the stuff in our fridge from meals earlier in the week Nath and I made an awesome fry up served with toast. Easy peasy. Use whatever you have lying around and pile it onto a plate and it looks and tastes gourmet. We used:
- tomatoes, quartered and fried
- avocado, sliced
- feta, sliced
- toast
- balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
And the results look delicious (and they were):
As I sit here remembering how good lunch was (food obsession much?) I have been booted out of the kitchen because Nathan is attempting another Jamie 30 minute meal. 10 minutes down and 20 to go. I can see a big pile of grated beetroot, the potatoes are on and something smells good. Stay tuned to see if he finishes in time :)
